I can't come up with good titles today or something.
Soo! This was a horrible picture to vector. I found it on Google and someone had put weird effects on it and it was over exposed and blurry....
But I said to myself I MUST do those eyes! And I happen to be very glad I did. Oh and I also like the lips. XD
